The provision of call termination on individual public telephone networks at a fixed location in Malta

The Malta Communications Authority (‘MCA’) is hereby publishing for consultation its preliminary conclusions on the regulatory treatment of the provision of wholesale call termination services on individual public telephone networks at a fixed location in Malta. This is in accordance with article 9 of the Electronic Communications (Regulation) Act, Chapter 399 of the Laws of Malta, obliging the MCA to carry out regular reviews of competition in communications markets. The consultation shall run from the 24th of September 2018 to the 26th of October 2018.
