RSPG Call for Input - Stakeholder input on the prospects for the use of the 470-694 MHz band
The Radio Spectrum Policy Group (RSPG) is a high-level advisory group that assists the European Commission in the development of radio spectrum policy. In accordance with its work programme, the RSPG will continue assessing the future usage of the frequency band 470-694 MHz in the European Union.
To this end, the RSPG is collecting information from regulators, network operators, content providers, end-users of spectrum and other stakeholders on various aspects, including the established spectrum and service rights, the effects of possible spectrum refarming in industry, networks, innovation, etc. The collected information will be used to prepare a report on the future use of the 470-694 MHz band in the European Union.
Interested stakeholders are invited to participate in this information collection exercise by completing the questionnaire on the 'prospects for the use of the 470-694 MHz band' made available at https://radio-spectrum-policy-group.ec.europa.eu/consultations-0_en. The deadline for responses is 5 November 2024.
