CTLC Network

Community Technology Learning Centres (locally known as CTLCs) have been  established in  different locations across Malta and Gozo with the aim of improving access to ICT within the community and offering training opportunities.  There are 16 such Centres in all : 12 are  open to the general public and the remaining 4 target specific vulnerable groups.  The MCA, in collaboration with private enterprise, has contributed towards the upgrading of these Centres, by providing computer facilities featuring latest hardware and software, together with Internet connectivity.  The MCA also supports the dedicated training of tutors and centre administrators who usually form part of the same community the centre serves.
