The MCA is hereby presenting, for national consultation, its proposed decision on the market for wholesale call origination on the public telephone network provided at a fixed location in Malta. This is in accordance with the EU regulatory framework of electronic communications networks and services. The consultation period shall run from the 13th of November 2015 till the 15th of December 2015.
