On the 10th December, the European Regulators Group (ERG), published the conclusions of the Eleventh meeting of the ERG plenary.

The ERG Plenary agreed to consult on a draft work programme for 2005. The work programme will focus on key regulatory topics, including developments in the broadband market and their impact on market analysis being undertaken across the member states, the regulatory treatment of Voice over IP, the experiences of national regulatory authorities in carrying out market definition and analysis, the impostion of remedies under the new framework, and international roaming. Written submissions will be recieved by the ERG until the 17th January 2005.
The ERG Plenary also agreed to consult on a revised version of its working document on the concept of SMP. Written submissions on this document will be received by the ERG until the 17th January 2005.
