Decision Notice - Rights of Use of Radio Spectrum in the 2GHz Band for Terrestrial Systems Capable of Providing Electronic Communications Services

The purpose of this document is to summarise the responses received during the consultation period and to present the MCA’s decision in regard to the granting of extensions to existing rights of use in the 2 GHz band.
