The assignment process for the 1.5 GHz band for terrestrial systems capable of providing electronic communications services in Malta

The MCA is hereby publishing an amended decision on the assignment process for the 1.5 GHz band (1427-1517 MHz band) for terrestrial systems capable of providing electronic communications services in Malta. The decision is in line with Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/661, amending Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/750. Through this amended decision the MCA has made available the entire 1427-1517 MHz band for terrestrial systems capable of providing electronic communications services in Malta. The decision follows a public consultation procedure undertaken between 27 December 2018 and 8 February 2019.
