Update to the Register of Authorised Undertakings providing Postal Services in Malta
Under the Postal Service Act (Cap. 254 of the Laws of Malta), a licence is required to provide postal services within the scope of the universal service. Postal Services outside the scope of the universal services require a general authorisation. Prospective new undertakings are encouraged to contact the Malta Communications Authority in order to facilitate the process and obtain guidance before submitting an application for a licence or a notification for a general authorisation.
The Register of Authorised Undertakings providing Postal Services in Malta is maintained by the MCA and published on its website. The MCA has updated this register, which can be viewed here.
