Union-wide fixed and Union-wide mobile voice termination rate

On 1 July 2021 the Delegated Act (Regulation) regarding the Union-wide fixed and Union-wide mobile voice termination rates will become applicable. The Regulation enters into force and will become directly applicable in all Member States of the European Union. The following tables provide an overview, subject to the conditions stated in the Delegated Act, of the maximum fixed and mobile voice termination rates in the coming years:

MALTA FIXED VOICE TERMINATION RATE
Until 30 June 2021	EUR  0.0443 cent per minute
1 July 2021 – onwards	EUR  0.07 cent per minute

 

MALTA MOBILE VOICE TERMINATION RATE
Until 30 June 2021	EUR  0.4045 cent per minute
1 July 2021 – 31 December 2021	EUR  0.4045 cent per minute
1 January 2022 – 31 December 2022	EUR  0.40 cent per minute
1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023	EUR  0.40 cent per minute
1 January 2024 – onwards	EUR  0.2 cent per minute
