The MCA is publishing the findings of a survey designed to assess the perceptions of users of bulk mail services in terms of price and quality amongst others. The survey fieldwork was carried out between November 2023 and January 2024. The aim of this survey is to assess the trends in bulk mail volumes, to ensure the affordability of the postal service and to analyse the users' level of satisfaction with the surey, amongst other areas which are investigated in the bulk mail perception survey.
