MCA eBusiness Awards - Applications now open!!!
The MCA is pleased to announce that applications for nominations for the first edition of the MCA eBusiness Awards are now open.
These awards are aimed at acknowledging unique and innovative ideas and initiatives in the use of web-based technologies and eBusiness solutions for both businesses and society at large. In particular, these awards aim to recognise web-based technologies which have contributed to social development, improved interaction with clients and administrators and finally resulted in practical outcomes in the fields of eGovernance, eLearning, eHealth or eBusiness.
‘It is important that the adoption or implementation of innovative eSolutions is recognised. The MCA eBusiness Awards complement our efforts to drive the take-up of ICT and promote eBusiness,’ said Ing Philip Micallef, Executive Chairman, MCA. ‘By recognising those initiatives which are bringing tangible benefits to the day-to-day operation of organisations, we aim to encourage other businesses or entities to follow suit,’ he continued.
Applications are open to government entities, private enterprises as well as any other organisations that embrace ICT as part of their operational setup.
Interested parties can submit their nominations online here. Nominations close on Wednesday 14th September 2011 at 17.00 hrs.
