Guidance Note - Ensuring that ‘contracts’ contain only information specific to the tariff plan and services requested by the end-user

This publication is intended to provide guidance to providers of publicly available electronic communications services (excluding transmission services used for the provision of machine to machine) on the correct implementation of rules contained in the Electronic Communications Networks and Services (General) Regulations S.L 399.48 of the Laws of Malta, concerning the information included by providers in the contracts provided to end-users.
