End-User Affairs: Half Yearly Report (July – December 2022)
This report provides an analysis of the complaints received by the Authority during this period. In total, the MCA received 68 complaints. The complaints lodged with the Authority during this period, related predominantly to quality of service and service provision followed by local free-to-air TV transmissions, and billing and charges issues. During this period the Authority also received 347 requests for information.
