This document represents the Malta Communications Authority’s Annual Plan for 2017. It sets out the priority work-streams and related individual tasks that the MCA intends to carry out during 2017. The Annual Plan is reflective of the MCA’s Strategy Update covering the period 2017 - 2019. The Strategy Update validates the established strategic thrusts and factors in new developments that are seen to have a significant impact during the plan period.
