Notice: Bottom-up Cost Model for Mobile Networks and Mobile Interconnection Pricing - Response to Consultation and Decision

The MCA informs all interested persons that the Administrative Review Tribunal as per a decree it issued on the 15^th July 2014 confirmed that pending the final determination of Vodafone’s appeal contesting MCA’s regulatory decision dated 14^th March 2014 entitled “Bottom-up Cost Model for Mobile Networks and Mobile Interconnection Pricing: Response to Consultation and Decision,” the aforesaid regulatory decision of the 14^th March 2014 remains in force and is effective as from the date of 1^st April 2014.”
