Consultation on amendment to a decision entitled 'USO on ECS' published on the 15th April 2010
The MCA today published a consultation on an amendment to the "Universal Service Obligations on Electronic Communication Services" decision published in April 2010. This document invites interested parties to comment on a proposal being brought forward in which the timeframe for request for funding to be received by the MCA is extended from a maximum of six months to a maximum of nine months following the financial year.
The consultation period expires on the 18th February 2011.
