Today’s consumers are ever-more digitally competent. This, coupled with the wide availability of devices and multiple channels is providing retailers with several different ways of engaging with these customers. Retailers need to understand that developing the right online presence helps to nurture various opportunities that can lead to increased sales and business prospects. To this end, following the launch of the National eCommerce Strategy in 2014, the MCA has embarked on a number of initiatives that are aimed at helping operators within various industries understand the online environment, as well as the potential this has to offer.
Join us at the 12th MCA eCommerce Forum, which will take place on Tuesday, 22 March 2016 at Le Meridien Hotel in St. Julian’s.
We will be reviewing the eCommerce Strategy, analysing the adoption of eCommerce by the Crafts sector and presenting guidelines on how to optimise the online customer experience. A panel discussion with various experts in the industry will follow.
