Responsabilità tal-Konsumatur

Fir-rwol tagħha bħala regulatur, l-Awtorità ta’ Malta dwar il-Komunikazzjoni (MCA) għandha r-responsabbiltà li tirregola s-servizzi kollha tal-komunikazzjoni elettroniċi, li jinkludu dawk tat-telefonija fissa u mobbli, is-servizzi tal-Internet u tad-distribuzzjoni (jiġifieri l-aċċess għas-servizzi) ta' televiżjoni, li huma offruti mill-operaturi lokali. L-Awtorità tirregola wkoll is-setturi tal-posta u tal-Kummerċ Elettroniku f'Malta.
